    These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this Website and any products, services, programs, or content offered by Prabhsimrat Gill Training Systems (“I”, “me”, “my”) through this Website, including coaching, trainings, workshops, books, digital products, and email newsletters (collectively, the “Services”).
    By accessing or using this Website and/or purchasing or participating in any Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or Services.

    These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Website and Services.

    I may update or modify these Terms from time to time. When I do, I will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Website or Services after any changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

    3. Eligibility
    To use this Website and/or purchase Services, you must:

    • Be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent/guardian if under 18.

    • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

    • Use the Website and Services in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

    1. Description of Services
      Through this Website, I may offer (among other things):

    • 1:1 Coaching Programs

    • Group Coaching Programs

    • Workshops, trainings, and speaking engagements

    • Digital products

    • Email newsletters

    • Free content such as blog posts, videos, and resources

    • Books

    The specific details of each Service (duration, format, pricing, inclusions, etc.) will be described on the relevant sales or booking page. In the event of a conflict between those details and these Terms, the specific offer page will usually prevail for that Service.

    1. Payments, Currency & Taxes
      All prices will be clearly stated on the Website or in the offer/booking page.
      Payment must usually be made in full and in advance, unless an installment plan is explicitly offered.
      Payments may be processed via third-party payment gateways (e.g. Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, etc.). By completing a purchase, you also agree to those providers’ terms and policies.
      Prices may be shown in INR or another currency. Any currency conversion or bank/processing charges are your responsibility.
      Any applicable taxes (such as GST) will be charged as required by law and clearly indicated where relevant.
      I reserve the right to change pricing at any time. However, once you’ve enrolled and paid for a particular program or session, your agreed price will not retroactively change.

    2. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

    a) 1:1 Coaching / Clarity Fast-Track

    • Session rescheduling: You may usually reschedule a session with at least 24–48 hours’ notice (choose your preference) before the scheduled time, subject to my availability.

    • Late rescheduling or no-show: If you cancel, reschedule late, or do not show up without sufficient notice, the session may be forfeited and not refunded.

    • Package expiry: Multi-session packages may have an expiry period (e.g., must be used within X months from date of purchase). This will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.

    b) Group Programs & Workshops
    Due to limited spots and immediate access to program materials, fees for group programs, workshops, or live trainings are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated on the specific program page.
    In case of postponement or cancellation initiated by me, you may be offered either:

    • a new date,

    • a credit towards another program, or

    • a refund, at my discretion.

    c) Digital Products & Courses
    As digital content is delivered immediately or shortly after purchase, all sales of digital products and self-paced courses are generally final and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

    d) Exceptions
    In rare or exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious illness or emergencies), I may choose to make an exception at my sole discretion. Any such exceptions do not create an ongoing obligation to do so in the future.

    1. Nature of Coaching & Disclaimer
      My Services, including 1:1 coaching, group programs, content, and any related materials, are for educational, informational, and personal development purposes only.
      I am not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, financial adviser, medical professional, or lawyer.
      Coaching is not therapy, does not replace therapy, and should not be used as a substitute for professional mental health, medical, legal, or financial services.
      Any decisions you make and the results you experience are your responsibility.

    By using my Services, you agree that:

    • You are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions, and results.

    • I do not and cannot guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., income levels, career results, relationship outcomes, mental health improvements, etc.).

    • You will seek professional support (e.g., doctor, therapist, psychiatrist, financial planner, lawyer) when needed and emergency services where appropriate.

    • If you are currently under medical or psychological care, please consult with your provider before starting coaching or any intensive personal development work.

    1. Results Are Subjective.
      While I share tools, frameworks, stories, and strategies designed to support clarity and transformation, individual results will vary based on many factors, including your commitment, actions, circumstances, and timing. No results are guaranteed.
      Any testimonials, case studies, or examples shared on the Website or in content are not guarantees. They are illustrations of what is possible, not promises of what will happen for you.

    2. Intellectual Property
      Unless otherwise stated:
      All content on this Website (including text, images, videos, designs, frameworks, worksheets, PDFs, and course materials) is owned by or licensed to Prabhsimrat Gill Training Systems.
      You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the materials for your own personal development only.

    You may not:

    • Reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or republish any paid or free materials as your own.

    • Use my content to create competing products, courses, or services.

    • Record, distribute, or publicly share coaching calls, group sessions, or program content without explicit written permission.

    You may:

    1. Confidentiality
      In 1:1 coaching and group programs, I treat your personal information and what you share with respect and confidentiality.

    However, you understand and agree that:

    • In group settings, I cannot control what other participants do with the information shared. You are responsible for what and how much you choose to share.

    • I may refer to anonymised stories or examples in my content or teaching, but I will never disclose your full identity or personally identifying details without your explicit permission, unless required by law.

    I may break confidentiality and disclose information if:

    • required by law or legal process, or

    • I believe in good faith that there is a risk of serious harm to you or others.

    1. Use of the Website
      You agree not to use the Website:

    • For any unlawful purpose.
